Shantel knows firsthand how being overworked and stressed out can affect the body as well as your work environment . As a former middle school teacher in the inner- city of South Florida,she dealt with the highest levels of stress in failing schools in poverty stricken areas. She excelled and received high accolades in the school system and was recognized as Teacher of the Year; but she was secretly emotionally and physically “Stressed Out”. Now 60 lbs. lighter and living a life full of splendor and gratitude, she is now paying it forward and training and teaching individuals all over the world through “Gratitude Coaching”.
